You may request a return or exchange if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
Fragrance preferences or personal dislike of a scent.
To initiate a return:
Email us at hello@scentralstore.com or call +91 74578 23563 within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for pickup or ask you to courier the item to our return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
For COD orders, we will issue refunds via bank transfer or UPI, as shared by the customer.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with proof, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
